my shopping cart today --- carrots, mushrooms, bananas, honey, whole wheat bread, raisin bread, berry smoothie, cheese, yogurt, newman's own cookies, and tilapia fillets (so i guess it's fish tonight)

my no-stress dinner cooking plan--- Mon- pasta or pizza, prep week's salad greens, veg and fruits; Tues- chicken, veg and rice; Wed- leftovers or pasta or soup or red meat (week 1); Thurs- tofu, veg and rice; Fri-fish/seafood, veg and rice; Sat/Sun- bean soup or roasted chicken or tonkatsu chicken/pork or veg main dish; last but not the least, do baking on week 3.

we like using natural egg dyes; after having fun with the eggs, we'll make some open face sandwiches--buttered brown bread/rye, leafy lettuce, sliced boiled egg, sliced tomatoes, chives, anchovy fillet.
